ARE SMASH/RAGE ROOMS SAFE?

Safety is our number one priority! We fit each participant with appropriate protections and give a safety tutorial before the session starts. We also monitor things during the session to make sure participants are being safe.

CAN I JUST COME WITH MY GROUP AND PAY AT THE DOOR?

We recommend you book a room in advance. Walk-ins are happily welcomed if we have available slots open.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

We do require participants to be at least 6 years or older for safety purposes! If you are under 18 years of age, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will watch (or join!) the group and sign a waiver.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING WITH ME TO THROW?

Just some friends and your inner warrior! All equipment and training will be given to you onsite.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Close-toed shoes are required — the rest is up to you! We do recommend wearing comfortable clothing some you can move freely and get the best out of your experience.

ARE YOUR LOCATIONS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes! All our locations have wheelchair access.
